Conservatives annouce their candidate for May elections
Conservatives annouce their candidate for May elections
7th May 2007
Fleet North Conservatives have announced the reselection of Anthony Barrell as your Conservative candidate for the Hart District elections on May 3rd.
This recognises his service to the whole district, first as Deputy-Chairman and, later, as Chairman of the Council, a role similar to a mayor, as well as his work for the people of Elvetham Heath and Ancells Farm.
This included the overview of plans for successive phases in Elvetham Heath, as well as individual services for people with issues.
Anthony said: “I have been proud to have the opportunity of serving the people of Fleet North for the last five years. With some significant issues facing the ward in the future, such as Pyestock proposals, continuity is important, and I would like to continue scrutinising the decisions of Hart in the interests of the residents”.
